1. Order Confirmation & Production

Before we begin production on your custom sign, our team will confirm the final design and order details with you.

  • Please review your order carefully and notify us immediately if changes are needed.
  • If we don't hear from you in time, production may proceed and the order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

2. Cancellations & Custom Orders

As each sign is made to order, returns are not accepted for custom items. However, we do allow cancellations only if the product has not yet entered production.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • Once your sign enters the production phase, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

3. Damaged Deliveries

If your sign arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  • Notify the delivery carrier and Fineyst Signs within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos or video evidence of the damage, including packaging, to help us verify the issue.

Note: Failure to report damage within this 48-hour window may void eligibility for a resolution or replacement.

4. Warranty & Repairs

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all custom signs.

  • If an issue arises, email us with clear images or videos of the damaged or defective part.
  • We'll ship a replacement part or arrange a solution at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Errors

We make every effort to ensure accurate delivery, but in cases where the carrier confirms delivery and the product is missing:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected].
  • We will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

While we are not responsible for confirmed deliveries that go missing, we'll do our best to assist you.

6. Natural Variations & Color Differences

Due to the handcrafted nature of our signs:

  • Slight differences in finish, size, or color may occur.
  • Screen resolution and display calibration may also cause color variations between what you see on-screen and the finished product.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the package right away.

  • Report any issues — such as defects, damage, incorrect quantities, or discrepancies — within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email [email protected] with a description and supporting photos.
  • We'll review your report and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Orders not reported within 48 hours will be considered complete and accurate.

8. Refund Requests & Feedback
