Certain signs, such as LED Neon Signs, have a quicker production time (as little as 6 working days). More complex or large-format signs may require additional time for fabrication and quality checks.
Confirmation of Design Details
We begin production only after final design approval. Delays in reviewing or confirming designs can extend the timeline.
Payment Status
Production starts after full payment has been received and verified. Delays in payment may impact your delivery schedule.
Approval of Final Production Images
Before shipping, we share final photos of your completed sign for your approval. Prompt confirmation helps us avoid unnecessary delays.
Shipping Method (Air or Sea Freight)
Delivery timelines vary significantly depending on your chosen shipping method:
- Air Freight: Faster delivery, generally within a few days after dispatch.
- Sea Freight: Economical but can take several weeks, especially for international shipments.
3. When Does the Lead Time Start?
Please note that the official production lead time begins the next working day after we receive both:
- Full and confirmed payment, and
- Final design approval, including confirmation of all specifications and production images.
4. Additional Notes
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Bulk orders, special finishes, or unique customizations may extend standard lead times.
- We always aim to keep you informed at every stage of the process and provide status updates throughout production and shipping.
- International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country's regulations.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
